Baku: Inflation in Azerbaijan rose to 6.3 percent in April 2025, APA-Economics reports citing the State Statistical Committee.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, inflation for food products, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products reached 7.6 percent. Inflation for non-food products was recorded at 2.7 percent, while paid services provided to the population also saw a 7.6 percent increase.
In April 2025, the consumer price index stood at 100.3 percent compared to the previous month. From January to April, the index was 105.8 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
