Reconstruction of the race track of the Dashoguz equestrian complex with the laying of modern flooring will be carried out by Röwsen IE. The corresponding Decree was signed by the president on January 8, the state news agency TDH reports .

At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on January 4, Annageldi Yazmyradov , Deputy Prime Minister for Agro- Industry, reported on the reconstruction of the race track of the Dashoguz equestrian complex.

In September 2021, it became known that the race track at the Balkan Equestrian Complex would be reconstructed; in November 2020, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to begin the reconstruction of the hippodrome in Mary; in March 2020 - in Turkmenabat.

In February 2020, Turkmenistan purchased sand for racing tracks from the English company Andrews Bowen Ltd. for a total of £1 million. As one of the representatives of the British company noted, despite the fact that there is a whole desert in Turkmenistan, the sand from the Karakum Desert is not suitable for covering because of too round grains of sand.

In 2021, Röwsen built a 3,000-seat White Yurt concert hall in Dashoguz at a cost of 213.5 million manats ($61 million at the state rate or $7 million at the black market rate at that time).
