Protocol on amendments to the agreement on common principles and rules for the circulation of medical devices within the EAEU dated December 23, 2014, signed on February 13, 2023 in Moscow, has been ratified. The law was signed by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
The document was adopted by the Parliament on June 29, 2023. The protocol provides for the extension of national rules for registration of medical devices in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union until December 31, 2025 (in the current version until December 31, 2022).
From January 1, 2026, medical devices will be registered only according to the EAEU rules.
The law enters into force ten days after its official publication.
