«The invariable priority of Kyrgyzstan in the Union is to strengthen the role of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the EAEU Court in terms of removing barriers in the internal market of the association,» President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov said at the plenary session of the second Eurasian Economic Forum.
According to him, these institutions should become effective supranational bodies capable of resolving disputes in the movement of goods. To do this, they should have the authority to conduct investigations into violations of the law of the EAEU by member states with setting clear deadlines for their elimination. It should also be possible to file claims with the court of the Union about non-fulfillment by countries of decisions within the framework of the Union.
«The Eurasian Rating Agency and trading houses, as well as the real needs of not only exporters and manufacturers, taking into account the current situation, including various restrictions, are gaining particular relevance for financial institutions as well. The EAEU is becoming an independent and self-sufficient pole of economic development. It can itself provide for the needs of participants of the foreign economic activity,» Sadyr Japarov concluded.
