Astana: Within the framework of the 2nd Central Asia Media Forum held in Astana, a bilateral meeting was held between the Executive Director of the Media Development Agency, Ahmad Ismayilov, and the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aida Balayeva, MEDIA told APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation in the field of information security between the two countries, deepening mutual relations, and implementing new initiatives.

In addition, issues arising from the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the parties were addressed, and discussions were held on the training of media professionals and the exchange of experience regarding methods to combat the spread of false and unreliable information.
