Vice Prime Minister, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a series of talks on the sidelines of the Strategic Dialogue “Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf - Central Asia” in Ar-Riyadh.
During these meetings, issues of developing cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Arab states of the Persian Gulf in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres were discussed.
The head of the Turkmen Foreign policy department held meetings with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Oman Sayyid bin Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, Bahrain Abdel Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Qatar Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Kuwait Ahmed Nasser Al Mohammed Al-Sabah and UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar.
Also, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held talks in Ar-Riyadh with his Kazakh colleague Mukhtar Tleuberdi.
