She said that the role and participation of young people in the event will be at the maximum level: "More than 400 young people from different countries of the world will gather in Azerbaijan in connection with both this conference and the Youth Conference (COY19) to be held before COP-29. The decision of the Youth Conference will be submitted to the Secretariat of COP29 so that the opinion of the youth will be taken into account in the final document of the event.'
