Ashgabat: Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, has extended his greetings to President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Ramadan Bayram.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Berdimuhamedov conveyed his best wishes through a congratulatory letter addressed to President Aliyev.
