The President of Kyrgyzstan signed a decree, appointing Manas Murataliev the head of the state administration — head of Toguz-Toro district of Jalal-Abad region.
Prior to this appointment, he worked as an adviser, then as deputy head of Bishkek Free Economic Zone.
