Baku: The forthcoming summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is set to take place in Azerbaijan and Hungary. Hakan Fidan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Trkiye, emphasized the significance of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the OTS during a joint press conference with Jeyhun Bayramov, the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Fidan highlighted ongoing efforts to bolster solidarity, projects, and cooperation within the OTS, which encompasses a population of 170 million people. The minister also announced that Azerbaijan is scheduled to host the OTS summit in 2025.
Jeyhun Bayramov confirmed that the OTS summit is planned to occur in Hungary in 2025, followed by a session in Azerbaijan.
