On April 29, a Turkmen Airlines flight will depart on the Ashgabat-Moscow route, the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in Ashgabat reports.
The ticket price is $600. Payment is made in foreign currency. This flight will be the 44th since the start of the pandemic.
It is also reported that Turkish Airlines is planning a flight on the route Istanbul - Turkmenbashi - Istanbul on May 1. It can also be used by Russian citizens temporarily staying in Turkmenistan.
On April 21, the Consulate reported that due to a decrease in the total number of applications for departure to Russia by flights organized by the Russian Embassy in Ashgabat, the waiting time for departure for foreign citizens was reduced to 2.5-3 months from the date of submission of documents at the consular department of the Embassy.
The waiting period for Russian citizens, whose flight data are considered on a priority basis, remains the same and amounts to 1.5-2 months.
