Petroleum plan listed in the Guiness World Records

The petroleum-making plant was opened in Akhal. The state information agency TDH reports that on the opening day the facility was awarded with the Guinness World Record certificate The first gas-to-gasoline plant in the world.

According to the plan, the manufacturing facility is scheduled to produce some 600 thousand tons of A-92 grade petroleum, pursuant to Euro-5 standard. The estimated project cost is $1,7 billion.

Let us recall that the previous record was set in Turkmenistan on 1 June. The Guinness certificate was awarded for the longest one-line cycling parade.
