The Center of Public Organizations of Turkmenistan hosted a presentation of a new book by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov "Independence is our happiness", published on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the country's independence. The meeting was attended by representatives of parliament, public organizations and the media.

Speakers at the presentation noted that the new book of the head of state is a kind of excursion into the modern history of the Turkmen people. The book emphasizes that the Turkmen state, formed at the end of the second millennium, took a worthy place on the political map of the world, marking the beginning of a new historical era for the people of the country.

Reflecting on independence and its origins, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stresses that the acquisition of state sovereignty is at the heart of the growing international authority of modern Turkmenistan.

The new book of the head of Turkmenistan, published by the Turkmen State Publishing Service at a high polygraphic level, is designed for a wide range of readers. The solemn presentation of the publication was also held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
