Baku: President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the significance of support from brotherly countries in the ongoing reconstruction efforts in Karabakh and East Zangezur. As Azerbaijan implements its 'Great Return' program, this assistance is deemed particularly valuable. The president made these remarks during a meeting with residents at the inauguration ceremony of the first phase of the village of Khidirli in the Aghdam district.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted the comprehensive development taking place in the region, where infrastructure, housing, and public buildings are being constructed. He stressed the importance of planning essential community services, such as schools, kindergartens, nurseries, and medical points, to ensure normalcy in the lives of returning residents.
The president expressed gratitude for the heartfelt support from the Kyrgyz people, underscoring the role of international solidarity in the successful execution of the 'Great Return' program.
