'In preparation for the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Agreement on Climate Change (COP29), the main work has already been concluded, but the process is still ongoing,' Mukhtar Babayev, the COP29 President-Designate told journalists, APA reports. He said that the work done in the next period of time will be handed over to the UN Secretariat: "Today, also the presentation of new uniforms took place. I congratulate the COP29 team on this occasion. Those uniforms are tastefully chosen from the point of view of both color and design. The uniforms will suit the employees and will allow COP29 employees to stand out from other guests. Main preparations for COP29 have already been concluded, but the process is still ongoing. We are currently busy preparing the venue for this event. The rest of the time will be spent mainly on handing over the work to the UN Secretariat and coordinating with them.'
