Baku: On November 11, Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with Peter Pellegrini, President of the Slovak Republic, APA reports. President Peter Pellegrini praised Azerbaijan's development, with a particular focus on the progress observed in Baku. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting underscored the strengthening economic and trade relations between Azerbaijan and Slovakia. Discussions included the potential creation of joint industrial enterprises, collaboration in the IT sector, and the participation of Slovak companies in reconstruction efforts in Garabagh. The dialogue also highlighted the importance of increasing reciprocal visits between delegations of both countries. President Ilham Aliyev expressed satisfaction regarding the Slovak-led reconstruction project currently in progress in Garabagh. It was further announced that starting next year, the Slovak Embassy will assume the role of NATO coordinator in Azerbaijan. President Peter Pellegrini extended an invitation to President Aliyev to visit Slovakia, which was warmly accepted.
