BAKU: On November 11, Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, engaged in discussions with Irakli Kobakhidze, the Prime Minister of Georgia, as reported by APA. The meeting underscored the ongoing cordial relations and mutual cooperation between the two neighboring countries. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev extended his congratulations to Prime Minister Kobakhidze on the electoral success of the "Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia" Party in the recent parliamentary elections in Georgia. He expressed his wishes for Kobakhidze's continued success, affirming that the election results are a reflection of the Georgian people's will. Gratitude was reciprocated by Irakli Kobakhidze for the congratulatory message. The discussions during the meeting focused on the strong bilateral friendship and brotherhood shared between Azerbaijan and Georgia. Both leaders acknowledged the positive developments in their cooperation across political, economic, and transportation sectors. I n a gesture of continued diplomatic engagement, President Aliyev invited Prime Minister Kobakhidze for an official visit to Azerbaijan, an invitation that was warmly accepted. The Prime Minister also extended a reciprocal invitation for President Aliyev to visit Georgia, which was similarly accepted.
