President Ilham Aliyev Receives Credentials of New Turkish Ambassador


Baku: On February 13, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Trkiye to Azerbaijan, Birol Akgun.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting marked the formal initiation of Ambassador Akgun’s diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan. The presentation of credentials is a traditional ceremony that signifies the official start of an ambassador’s duties in the host country.
