According to the state news agency TDH , the head of state noted that today "programs to create new jobs are not being properly implemented." The President emphasized that these issues will be considered separately at the end of the year .

On November 30, 2018, the President approved the Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2019-2025, which will allow the introduction of modern forms of government, create new jobs and improve the social conditions of the population.
