President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrivedwith a working visit to the Balkan rally and went with an inspection to the Altyn Asyr lake, where construction of various facilities is planned.
Deputy Prime Minister Esenmyrat Orazgeldiyev presented the draft concept for the development of the Altyn Asyr Lake region for 2019-2025 .
According to the plans, a member of the TAPT JSC Khazar Balyk intends to organize a fishing farm here. In the vicinity of the lake, a new village will also be built on an area of 68.8 hectares, the inhabitants of which will be engaged in animal husbandry, fish farming and agriculture.
For its gasification, a gas distribution installation will be built near the village of Garabogaz, and a gas pipeline is laid from the city of Serdar. For the electrification of the village near the lake "Altyn Asyr" it is planned to build a 160-km transmission line from the substation "Serdar" in the city of Serdar.
According to the newspaper, from the city of Serdar to the Turkmen Lake Altyn Asyr, a 170-km-long highway is laid, 40 kilometers of which is already covered with asphalt.
The president ordered to build settlements around the lake in August 2018. On January 7 of this year, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed to prepare proposals on the possibility of creating dyhan associations that would be engaged in the cultivation of vegetables and melons and fish farming near the lake.
