The information pertaining to prices for other destinations will be updated later.
Correspondents of Chronicles of Turkmenistan report that over the past month it has been almost impossible to purchase tickets in air ticket offices. The amount of a bribe for purchasing an airline ticket can reach 2 thousand manats.
One of the females, who were planning to go to Istanbul in search of a job, said that she had to spend 12 days in Ashgabat airport to be able to buy tickets. According to her, huge crowds are formed in front of the airport's air ticket office. Despite the fact that 20 to 30 passengers are prevented from boarding each flight bound to Turkey, it is impossible to purchase the tickets of those who failed to depart.
Over 12 days I spent 700 manats which I had saved for tickets, on food. I have finally found the intermediary but now I have to go back to my hometown of Kushka to borrow some money, the female interlocutor told Chronicles of Turkmenistan.
