Prime Minister of Iraq Mohammed Shiaa al-Sudani sent a letter of congratulation to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The letter of congratulation reads:
