Putin’s Order to Suspend Strikes on Ukrainian Energy Facilities Remains in Effect

Moscow: The order from Russian President Vladimir Putin that prohibits strikes against Ukrainian energy facilities as part of a 30-day moratorium is currently in effect, as confirmed by Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Peskov emphasized that "Putin's order in respect to the moratorium is in effect and is performed by our Armed Forces." He further highlighted that the moratorium should be unconditionally observed, indicating its importance in ongoing discussions.

Peskov acknowledged the progress made due to "meaningful relations evolved during communications with the American side." He expressed optimism about continuing to build on this progress, suggesting a path forward that involves further dialogue and cooperation.
