The remains of Aliyev Rasul Arif, who went missing in the First Karabakh War, were buried in Sumgait, APA reports. The remains of martyr were laid to rest in Sumgait Alley of Martyrs. Note that Aliyev Rasul Arif was born in 1960 in Sumgait city of Azerbaijan. Rasul Aliyev, who went missing in the Fuzuli district in October 1993 during the First Karabakh War, was found buried as an unknown martyr in the “Prophecy” cemetery located in the Shafaq settlement of the Beylagan district, and his identity was determined.
