The government and the ruling Saenuri Party have decided to set up task force teams to discuss response measures with Donald Trump's White House win.
The ruling camp will also devise measures to expand personal connections in government and political circles to boost contacts with the Trump camp.
The government plans to first set up special teams that will operate around the clock on foreign affairs, security, and the economy to minimize negative effects of the election results.
In line with this, the Saenuri Party will set up its own task force to closely cooperate with the government.
