The head of state ordered to prepare proposals for improving the culture of agriculture, preparing a land cadastre, selecting high-yielding varieties of seeds and rational use of water as soon as possible.
The President noted that the issue of rational use of water should be approached taking into account the achievements of modern science and the agricultural traditions of the people . In this regard, appropriate instructions were given. Which ones, TDH does not say.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov also instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to take a responsible approach to the issues of transferring land, improving the culture of agriculture, soil productivity, crop rotation and , together with the hyakims, to prepare specific proposals .
