Samat Shatmanov has been appointed a Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce — Director of the Department of Tourism. The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov.

Prior to his appointment, Samat Shatmanov served as Deputy Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism.

By another order of the Cabinet of Ministers, Aida Rysbayeva was appointed a Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. Previously, she was a deputy head of the Pervomaisky district, headed the Social Development Department of the Bishkek City Hall, and headed the Family Medicine Center No. 13.
