The detainees were placed in the pre-trial detention center of the SCNS until the end of investigative measures.

The SCNS noted that due to the dynamism of the creation and emergence of new types of drugs of synthetic origin, as well as secure communication methods (Internet messengers, social media), students and school-age children are widely involved in organizing their distribution and sale for a certain monetary reward.

In this regard, the SCNS urges parents to be vigilant about their children, take control of their pastime and environment, and conduct appropriate explanatory conversations.

According to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, persons starting from 14 years old are brought to criminal responsibility for such crimes, which are punishable by from 12 to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.
