Scientists of Turkmenistan received a patent for the invention of concrete from sulfur

A group of researchers from the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan has developed a method for producing lightweight sulfur concrete and polymer concrete from "gas" sulfur. The State Intellectual Property Service of the Ministry of Finance and Economy has issued a limited patent for his invention, "Turkmenistan: Golden Age" reported on November 4.

According to the scientists of the Institute of Chemistry, the issue of utilization and beneficial use of sulfur in Turkmenistan has a wide perspective, especially for road construction enterprises.

In July, Turkmen scientists received a patent for the invention of fertilizers from poultry waste. In May, Turkmenistan patented the production of activated carbon from licorice.
