The use of advanced technologies in the work of law enforcement agencies was instructed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at a meeting of the State Security Council on November 2, the state information agency TDH reports .
Prosecutor General Serdar Myalikgulyev presented a report on the results of inspections of the implementation of regulatory legal acts. However, the publication does not include it. Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the employees of the department should have a broad outlook and skills in working with advanced technologies , and ordered the official to improve the work of the prosecutor’s office “through the active use of the digital system .”
Minister of Internal Affairs Muhammet Khydyrov reported on the work to maintain public order, ensure fire safety and prevent accidents on the roads, as well as on the introduction of advanced technologies into the activities of subordinate structures .
However, the head of state still ordered him to ensure the “coordinated movement” of cars in the capital and in the regions, as well as to systematically check compliance with fire safety rules in all institutions.
Chairman of the Supreme Court Guvanchmyrat Ussanepesov , who reported on the implementation of the Program for the Development of the Judicial System, was ordered to organize seminars to improve the professional skills of employees “using innovative technologies .”
Minister of National Security Gurbamyrat Annaev also reported on maintaining a favorable social climate in the country and introducing a digital system in the structures under his supervision . The President stressed that the priority of the work of the Ministry of National Security should be “preventing the penetration of modern global threats into the country.” In this regard, he is ordered to work closely with other law enforcement agencies to ensure the security of the country.
Chairman of the State Customs Service Maksat Hudaykulyev reported on the work of the departments “in connection with the increase in the flow of goods passing through the border of Turkmenistan, including transit ones.” He was instructed by the President to study best practices and increase cooperation with foreign colleagues.
Following the meeting, Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the material and technical base of the Armed Forces is being strengthened in the country, the most advanced equipment and equipment are being acquired, and the combat training of officers and soldiers is being improved. This was proved by joint exercises. The exercises were held on the Caspian coast on October 24.
