On October 23, in the administrative center of the Balkan velayat, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic, Banking and International Financial Organizations Serdar Berdimuhamedov in charge of the Balkan velayat opened the building of the State Insurance Organization. This was reported by the state information agency TDH .

The ceremony was also attended by deputies of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh, heads and representatives of the regional administration, State Insurance, departmental structures and enterprises, elders, builders and artists.

In his speech, the Deputy Prime Minister noted that "the main goal of the State Insurance is to create an effective instrument to protect the interests of individuals and legal entities, as well as to improve state regulation methods in this area."

Then the audience examined the building and the surrounding area, and the distinguished builders received valuable gifts.

In July, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov announced a warning to general director State Insurance Guvanch Nurmukhammedov , as in the first six months of 2021 compared to the same period last year, reducing the amount of foreign currency funds in the account department.
