Since October, the consular section of the Russian Embassy in Ashgabat has partially resumed receiving citizens with an extended interval of time for each visitor and observing the necessary sanitary and epidemiological measures , the organization's Telegram channel reports.
Preliminary registration on the website q.midpass.ru will be open until the end of this week, and work with the documents of visitors will be carried out in the following areas:
notary office - from October 06;
initial consultation on RVP issues - from October 13;
registration of foreign passports - from October 18;
submission of documents for a charter flight to Russia - from 18 October.
The Consular Section of the Embassy suspended personal reception and switched to remote work "in connection with the prevention of the spread of seasonal respiratory diseases" on 25 August.
On August 26, the Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan "in connection with the current situation" postponed the planned events for an indefinite period.
