SOCAR changed the name of "Caspian Engineering Procurement and Construction" LLC into "SOCAR Projects" LLC in early August. This is reported in the state register of commercial legal entities of the Republic of Azerbaijan. At that time the supervisory board of the company was formed, which included former SOCAR vice-president Mikayil Ismayilov, as well as Vugar Sharifov, Samir Hasanov and Rufat Safarov.
