"3 years have passed since Ganja city was hit by a rocket by the Armenian Armed Forces during the Patriotic War. Several of the perpetrators who committed this crime and other crimes against Azerbaijani people have already been arrested," Kamran Aliyev, the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan told journalists during his visit to Ganja, APA reports.
The Prosecutor General added that investigative measures are currently being taken against them.
