Istanbul: Since the end of last year, SOCAR’s STAR oil refinery in Trkiye has reached an annual processing capacity of 13 million tons, the CEO of SOCAR Trkiye, Elchin Ibadov, said during a press conference in Istanbul, APA-Economics reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, as a result of increasing the oil refinery’s production capacity, STAR has become Trkiye’s largest oil refinery. Elchin Ibadov added that currently, STAR meets 18% of Trkiye’s demand for refined petroleum products.
