From November 23, preliminary registration for an appointment is resumed on issues of issuing certificates of the absence of Russian citizenship, determining the presence of Russian citizenship and affixing marks on the date of acquiring Russian citizenship. The consular section of the Russian Embassy in Ashgabat announced this in his Telegram channel.

Visiting days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

The Consular Section of the Embassy suspended personal reception and switched to remote work "in connection with the prevention of the spread of seasonal respiratory diseases" on 25 August.

Since October, the consular department has partially resumed the reception of citizens with an increased interval of time for each visitor and the observance of the necessary sanitary and epidemiological measures.
