The dollar exchange rate on the "black market" of Ashgabat last week fluctuated between 17 and 19 manats.
On February 27, at various exchange markets in the capital, the price of the dollar varies between 18.5-19 manats when buying, 18.8-19.5 manats when selling.
The war in Ukraine led to a depreciation of the Kazakh tenge, but these events did not affect the Turkmen manat. After February 24, HT correspondents did not notice any noticeable jumps in the exchange rate in one direction or another.
