December 26, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov announced the chairman of the Turkmen State Publishing Service Akmyrat Khudayberdiyeva severe reprimand and final warning for correction as soon as possible the shortcomings.
The reprimand was announced “for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in the work”.
In August 2017, Khudaiberdiev was reprimanded "for improper performance of official duties, weakening of control over the activities of subordinate institutions and enterprises."
In May 2019, the head of the publishing service "for serious shortcomings in the work" received a stern reprimand with the last warning.
