On December 10, 2022, the results of the photo contest «Turkmenistan - the Motherland of Neutrality» were summed up, organized by the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, students of universities of our country took part in the competition.
This competition was held in order to implement the Development Concept and the system of digital education, and to implement the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan on the comprehensive development of online journalism and photojournalism, to increase enthusiasm of the students for their profession.
The jury evaluated the contestants in two categories. The first category included the work of students specializing in journalism, and the second one included the work of students of other specialties.
According to the results in the first category, the student of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Selbinyyaz Gochmyradova took the prize. The second place was awarded to students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the International University for the Humanities and Development of Turkmenistan (IUHD) Gurbanjemal Egirjayeva and Merjen Alimova. The third place was shared by IUHD students Maya Arazdurdyyeva, Lachyn Mammetsoyunova and Mahym Annadurdyyeva representing the IIR of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
In the second category, the first place was taken by the student of IUHD Chemen Myratjanova. The second place was awarded to two participants, a student of the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azady Ilham Adyshov and a student of the Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan named after Oguzhan Bezirgen Arazmyradov. The third place was awarded to a student of the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan Kervenmyrat Halmyradov, a student of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture Gynna Atdayeva and a student of the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Nyyazova Hojanyyaz Hanmammedov.
The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts, and the students whose work distinguished themselves, but did not win prizes, were awarded incentive prizes.
