President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed Deputy Prime Minister for Trade Chary Gylyjov to provide the participants of the Khalk Maslakhaty with everything they need , including high-quality textile, food, souvenir and other products produced by domestic producers.
The Deputy Prime Minister was also instructed to organize retail trade at the proper level during the holidays. “Particular attention should be paid to the high quality of goods, including food , and services provided,” notes TDH. Earlier "Chronicle of Turkmenistan" reported that on the eve of Independence Day in Ashgabat began selling meat at state prices.
Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers Mammetkhan Chakyev was instructed to provide the participants of the Khalk Maslakhaty with high-quality communications.
At the meeting, Decrees will be signed on awarding state awards to citizens who have distinguished themselves in labor on the occasion of the anniversary of independence. In this regard, the chairman of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh and the deputy prime ministers were instructed on September 26 to present state awards to all citizens who have received them so that they can wear awards for the parade . In the afternoon of the same day, reception ceremonies and the opening of the new Shopping Center will take place.
On the morning of September 27, a solemn military parade will take place in the new Government complex, and in the evening - a concert of art masters.
On the morning of September 28, at the Halk hakydasy memorial complex, state awards will be presented to servicemen.
On the morning of September 28, races will be held at the International Equestrian Center.
“As for the khyakims of velayats and etraps, who have achieved good results, it would be correct to present them with awards after the cotton harvest ,” the head of state said.
On August 2, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed regional leaders to hand over the planned volumes of cotton a month and a half earlier than usual - by the anniversary of Independence Day, which will be celebrated in Turkmenistan on September 27.
