Various cultural events are organized for Ashgabat residents and guests of the Turkmen capital over the weekend.
On January 14, at 17:00 and 19:00, concerts entitled “All you need is Beatles” will be held at the Mukam Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the celebration of the World Beatles Day.
Recall, by UNESCO’s decision, music lovers around the world annually celebrate the day of the legendary British rock band “The Beatles” (Global Beatles Day) on January 16.
On January 15, at 16:00 and 18:00, the Mukam Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan will host a literary and musical reading of the symphonic fairy tale for children by Russian composer and writer Sergei Prokofiev “Peter and the Wolf”, performed by the State Symphony Orchestra conducted by Rasul Klychev. The text is read by Vasily Andronov.
