President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov and the Tatar people on the 30th anniversary of the creation of the World Congress of Tatars and the start of its VIII Congress.

The head of state noted that the World Congress of Tatars is of particular importance in preserving and developing the rich culture of the Tatar people, as well as bringing together representatives of Tatar communities from all over the world. The Turkmen leader expressed confidence that the current VIII Congress would also make a special contribution to the preservation and development of the cultural traditions of the Tatar people.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished Rustam Minnikhanov good health, prosperity and new successes, and further progress and prosperity to the people of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation.
