President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov made personnel changes in the diplomatic corps of the country. The head of state signed the relevant documents at an expanded government meeting following the results of the country's socio-economic development for 6 months of this year.

Thus, by the decree of the head of state, Silapberdi Nurberdiev, in connection with the transfer to another job, was relieved of the posts of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Austria (Vienna), Hungary, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, the Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan at the UN Headquarters in Vienna, and also Representative to the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization.

By decree of the head of state, Khemre Amannazarov was given the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. By another decree of the President, Khemra Amannazarov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Austria (Vienna).

The President of Turkmenistan dismissed Chary Ataev from the positions of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium (city of Brussels), the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, as well as the head of the representation of Turkmenistan to the European Union.

The head of state conferred on Sapar Palvanov the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and appointed him Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium (city of Brussels).

The President of Turkmenistan conferred the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Maksat Charyev and appointed him Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the French Republic (Paris city).

By the decree of the head of state, Ishanguly Amanlyev was relieved of the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Turkey (Ankara city), the Algerian People's Democratic Republic, the Republic of Tunisia and the Kingdom of Morocco.

The Turkmen leader released Mekan Ishanguliyev from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan (Baku city) and appointed him Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Turkey (Ankara city).

The head of state released Gurbanmammet Elyasov from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Japan (Tokyo city) and the Republic of the Philippines, and also appointed him Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan (Baku city).

The President of Turkmenistan conferred on Atadurdy Bayramov the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and appointed him Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Japan (Tokyo).

The head of state appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine (Kyiv) Toyly Ataev as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Moldova at the same time.

Also, the President of Turkmenistan dismissed Myrat Mammetalyev from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Korea (Seoul city) and the Republic of Singapore in connection with the transfer to another job.
