The meeting of the head of Turkmenistan with the Emir of Qatar was held at the Khalifa stadium. The publication does not provide details of the negotiations, limiting itself to general phrases about the development of cooperation between the countries.
The Qatari media also omitted the details of the conversation in their reports.
Then Berdimuhamedov watched the match between the teams of the Netherlands and the USA as a guest of honor.
Recall that President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was invited to visit Qatar on August 30 by the head of the Qatari Foreign Ministry , Mohammed bin Abdel Rahman Al Thani , during a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov .
In October, President Berdymukhammedov’s trip to Qatar was also discussed in Ashgabat by Deputy Foreign Minister Berdyniyaz Myatiev and Chargé d’Affaires of Qatar Mohammed Meskhel Al-Otaibi .
