The winners of the Russian language project competition were invited to the scientific congress in Moscow

Representatives of the Institute of International Relations (IIR) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, who became the winners of the competition for the best projects in the field of supporting the Russian language in the CIS, are invited to Moscow to participate in the international scientific congress “Russian language in the CIS countries: position, functioning, communication”.

 

The results of the competition were announced by the Moscow State Institute of the Russian Language. A. S. Pushkin. According to its results, the authors of two projects from Turkmenistan were among the winners. They were Tylla Babayeva and Gulyalek Chopanova, teachers of the IIR of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, who presented a joint project “Russian language – the language of interethnic communication and diplomacy”. The second project “Analysis of historical, cultural, scientific and economic relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation: from history to the present” was prepared by Serdar Rakhimov, a fourth-year student at the Faculty of International Relations of the IIR of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

 

The international scientific congress “Russian language in the CIS countries: situation, functioning, communication” will be held from 1 to 3 November this year in a hybrid format in Moscow on the basis of the State Institute of the Russian Language. A. S. Pushkin, as well as in partner universities in Yerevan and Bishkek.
