The work of the permanent mission of Turkmenistan to the United Nations will be strengthened. The corresponding decree was signed by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at a government meeting via video link. The document approved the cost estimate and staffing of the representative office for 2021.

The resolution notes that the document was adopted in order to strengthen the staff of the Turkmen permanent mission to the UN for the effective implementation of the tasks assigned to it. The document also instructs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, together with the Ministry of Justice (Justice), to submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers within a month on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this resolution.
