The presentation ceremony of the scientific works by the Turkic Academy was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty. The event was attended by Vice-President of the Turkic Academy, Ashat Kesikbayev, Vice-Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Professor Erkin Duissenov, Consul General of the Republic of Trkiye in Almaty, Evren Muderrisoglu, as well as representatives of the academic community. Among the presented works was a collection of selected writings by the Crimean Tatar poet and Turkologist scholar Bekir Chobanzade titled "Tíltútka," which was translated into Kazakh for the first time through the initiative of the Turkic Academy. This book includes the author's multivolume works, which are the result of many years of his research. The event featured the Turkic Academy's project on publishing "Terminological Dictionaries of Turkic Languages," covering over 37 fields. The dictionaries related to economics, medicine, and military affairs were presented. This project, which invol ved experts from all Turkic countries, represents an important step towards the standardization of scientific terminology and the bringing together of scientific communities across Turkic nations. Furthermore, a monograph by the Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Janseit Tuimebayev was presented at the event, which opens new horizons for researchers studying Turkic-Mongolian linguistic parallels and is of great significance for the further development of Turkic linguistics. Speaking at the opening of the event, Vice-President of the Turkic Academy Ashat Kesikbayev conveyed greetings and best wishes on behalf of the Academy's President Shahin Mustafayev. He emphasized the importance of each new publication, noting that it is not just scientific work but a significant contribution to the common cause of preserving and enhancing the cultural and historical heritage of the Turkic peoples. The Turkic Academy plans to publish 64 books in 2024, which will make a substantial contribution to the develop ment of science and foster stronger academic ties between Turkic countries.
