The exhibition of export goods of the Republic of Turkey, co-organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and Meridyen Uluslararasi Fuarcilik Co. (Turkey) has closed in Ashgabat.
The exhibition demonstrated not only the export potential, but also the strong interest of Turkish business in the Turkmen market, which is growing dramatically and attracting attention of foreign business circles by new forms and areas of long-term cooperation.
To participate in the exhibition, a delegation of businessmen led by Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Turkey Ibrahim Senel had arrived in Ashgabat. The delegation represented leading industrial centers, including the cities of Istanbul and Izmir, as well as large industrial clusters in the country's Mediterranean and Black Sea Regions.
During three days, the exhibition provided a venue for presentations of the participating companies, meetings and negotiations with working and potential partners. Local entrepreneurs, who are also interested in cooperation on new projects and proposals, displayed intense business activity.
Numerous banners (prepared by a travel agency, Day Turkish Turizm) advertising the unique historical monuments of the Republic of Turkey and places of interests of its modern cities, added color and a national flavor to the exhibition.
