Baku: Minister of National Defense of Trkiye, Yasar Gler, has visited Azerbaijan, the Turkish Ministry of National Defense said in a statement, APA reports. The visit underscores the ongoing cooperation and strong bilateral relations between the two nations.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Yasar Gler was first received by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, also participated in this meeting, highlighting the significance of the defense collaboration between Trkiye and Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, Yasar Gler conveyed the greetings of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to the President of Azerbaijan, reinforcing the diplomatic ties and mutual respect shared by the leaders of the two countries.
