Turkmen news received the minutes of the meeting of the Emergency Commission to Combat the Spread of Disease in Turkmenistan

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov discussed with members of the Cabinet of Ministers the work of the Extraordinary Commission to Combat the Spread of Disease in Turkmenistan. The publication received the minutes of the meeting.

As a result of the meeting, several officials were dismissed , including the Deputy Prime Minister for Science and Education, Healthcare and Sports and the head of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service. The head of state ordered to organize measures to combat this virus in ministries and enterprises, to carry out disinfection "everywhere in all corners of the country" and prepare proposals to limit the holding of mass events.

After that, on August 29, a regular meeting of the commission took place, the protocol of which was obtained by Turkmen news .

According to the document, the members of the Emergency Commission took the following measures to combat COVID-19:

In September, at the expense of Turkmenistan Airlines, a plane will be sent to China to deliver the vaccine against the coronavirus . The plane's route is Turkmenabat-Beijing-Ashgabat.

From September 1 to October 1, a temporary procedure for entering Ashgabat from the regions and back is established. Citizens will be able to obtain permission to enter and leave the capital only to attend a funeral, for emergency medical care, for work needs, for training purposes, to meet with family members, to carry out interregional cargo transportation, to transit through Ashgabat to other regions in connection with the above situations, as well as in other urgent cases. The requirements do not apply to people who return to their permanent place of residence, as well as to residents of the Bakharden, Gokdepe and Ak-Bugday districts of the Akhal velayat. A travel permit is not given if the person is not vaccinated with the two components of the vaccine (or has contraindications for vaccination).

Distance learning will be organized in universities, secondary specialized educational institutions, as well as in grades 7-11 of schools from September 1 to October 1 . Students of 1, 2, 3 courses will study remotely from their dormitories. Students of the 4th, 5th and 6th courses of humanitarian and medical specialties (a total of 8852 people) who managed to arrive in the capital must be sent back in stages by special trains.

In ministries and departments, as well as in the khyakimlik of Ashgabat, shift work should be organized for employees working 8 hours a day - 40 hours a week. In organizations with up to 100 employees, half of the employees will work from 8 to 17 hours, and half from 9 to 18. If the organization has more than 100 employees, then 30% of them should work from 8 to 17, 40% - from 9 to 18, 30% - from 10 to 19. In departments that do not work according to the standard five-day schedule, the new regime should be drawn up taking into account the specifics of the tasks.

In the event of an epidemic of seasonal illness, employees should be sent on vacation . This primarily concerns employees from risk groups.

Flights from Ashgabat to Turkmenbashi and other cities of the country will be operated only once a day.

The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health must provide the Extraordinary Commission with proposals related to the holding of the final stage of the competition for gifted children "Pearls of Independence", timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.

From October 1, short-term training will be limited in all educational organizations, regardless of ownership, including advanced training courses for teachers.

The Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan should limit the number of students from the velayats admitted to Ashgabat by October 1 . Distance learning should be organized instead.

State exams for the recognition of diplomas obtained abroad are proposed to be postponed until November 1.

Until October 1, restrictions are imposed on crossing the border for citizens of Turkmenistan, foreigners and stateless persons. An exception will be made for people in need of emergency medical care.

On September 27, 11 thousand university students were to take part in a procession at the government rostrum on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence. Instead, it is proposed to fill the area in front of the podium with various crafts made from artificial flowers.

To decorate the territory for the Independence Day in front of the government rostrum, allow the organization of five flights from Turkmenabat to Urumqi (PRC) to deliver the necessary materials.

4 thousand workers from various industries will take part in the celebrations in compliance with sanitary standards. Rehearsals will take place on September 1-10 at the Dagdan stadium and on September 11-27 at the government rostrum.

It was proposed to refrain from holding the planned celebration on September 26 at the Olimpiyskiy stadium.

Allow M. Amanov, a representative of the Turkmengaz state concern on the board of directors of TAPI Pipeline Company Limited, to return to the country from Dubai by a cargo plane on September 2 .

The state corporation "Turkmengeologia" is allowed to carry out the next change of employees working on a rotational basis in the Balkan velayat. On September 6, 316 employees will travel from Turkmenabat to Balkanabat, and on September 8, 286 employees will travel on the return route.

Allow citizens to leave Turkmenistan, Bayramgul Garabaeva , Director of the UN Population Fund Office in Karachi (Pakistan) and her daughter Merjen Allaberdyeva , as well as Batyr Geldyev , a specialist at the UN Office on Drugs and Crime in Tashkent.

Allow the crossing of the Afghan-Turkmen border to the citizens of Turkmenistan who, for one reason or another, in Afghanistan, and their children (14 people in total), who are citizens of Afghanistan.

The Turkish company Gülhan Dearsan, working under a contract with the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan, is allowed to obtain visas for 40 foreign specialists and bring them to the country on charter flights (including cargo) in September and October.

The Italian company Leonardo SPA is allowed to organize two special flights from Milan to Mary to transport foreign specialists working under a contract with the Ministry of Defense.

The private enterprise "Tekmil" is allowed to bring four specialists from Russia to decorate and illuminate buildings and structures in Ashgabat in honor of the 30th anniversary of independence.

French citizen Clara Guien, at the request of the French Embassy, is allowed to come to Turkmenistan on a special flight of the “Turkmenistan” airline from Frankfurt to teach students of the Turkmen State University and the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.

Allow six Turkmen doctors to travel to the Children's Scientific and Clinical Center for Infectious Diseases (Russia) in October-November for training.

Allow the issuance of a visa and the arrival of a foreign specialist of the "Gap Inshaat" company to set up the equipment of the International Burn Center.

On September 3, it is allowed to hold events for the exchange of experience in the field of wheat cultivation with the participation of 100 people in Akhal, 50 people in Balkan, 100 people in Dashoguz, 70 people in Lebap and 65 people in Mary velayats. In various settlements (the document contains a list) to hold a ceremonial sowing ceremony of winter wheat with the participation of 150 people in each velayat.
